Please note that if your tracking number says that your item has been delivered to you, we are unable to send out any reships for missing packages.

However, as we ship all US orders from within the country and all Australian order from within the country, there is no risk of any customs issues.

We sure are. We’re owned and operated out of Melbourne, all our stock is here and shipping is completed through Australia Post.

All out stock is in our Melbourne office, and sent directly from there. Some other companies act as an intermediary where they take your order and then get an overseas company to fulfil it, this not only causes delays in the shipping process, but shipping times are usually over two (2) weeks and no import permits will be organised. Leaving the customer as the offical importer and at risk of seizure and fines. Obviously, Savage Research Labs do not do this, nor will we ever. We pride ourselves on having a huge selection in Melbourne.

We currently only accept direct deposit or BPay in Australia and ACH Payments in USA.
